What I offer:

Good Enough: A Group for Perfectionists and Overthinkers

$50/hour

Tuesdays at 6pm

Where we discuss perfectionistic tendencies and the desire to please everyone at the expense of yourself. We work through anxiety, stress, and navigating unrealistic standards to move towards accepting your authentic self.

Individual Counseling

$150/hour, or copay

I offer virtual therapy for clients located in:

  • Arizona (private pay)

  • California (insurance accepted through Grow Therapy in some cases)

For Arizona clients, I provide superbills upon request that may allow you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

About Me

Hi! I’m Kaeli. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor currently seeing clients virtually in Arizona and California. When I’m not therapizing, I’m likely at a concert, playing music, watching comfort shows, or meeting up with friends for trivia.

I specialize in working with people who are overwhelmed and exhausted with trying to live life perfectly. My niche is working with people whose perfectionist and productivity mindsets are becoming a roadblock. I find this often ties into the role my clients play in their families and relationships. These clients may also struggle with disordered eating, poor body image, obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, chronically busy schedules, and an intense guilt when they rest (if they ever let themselves).
